Admission Requirements
Degree, Diploma, and/or Certificate Seeking Student
bullet
To be admitted to a curriculum program, you should be a high school graduate or have a high school equivalency (GED) certificate.

bullet
If you do not want to work toward a degree, diploma, or certificate, you can enroll as a Special Credit student.

bullet
Special Credit students are not eligible for federal financial aid or for veterans’ benefits. Special Credit students may take up to 18 credit hours of college level courses before declaring a major.

bullet
Admission to the College does not mean that the student will be admitted immediately to programs with specific admission requirements or with limited enrollment.

bullet The health programs are limited enrollment programs and have a set number of students who are admitted each fall semester. Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing, and Radiography employ a competitive process to determine entry. Dental Assisting employs a first-come, first-to-qualify, first-served process to determine entry.
