Getting Connected with An Advisor ...
 
Pick one of the following descriptions that best describes you (right now!) as an RCCC Student.  Then follow the directions for advising information.
   
1. New Student – If you have never taken a college-level course at RCCC or you have applied as a transfer student in to RCCC, and you have submitted a RCCC Application for Admission, then make an appointment to meet a New Student Advisor.
2. Continuing Student – If you have been continuously enrolled in college-level coursework at RCCC, go to Programs of Study for a list of the course requirements to complete your program.   Then login to Web Advisor to schedule your classes.  Call or email your Program Contact for additional advising support or information.
3. Returning Student (less than 2 years) – If you have not been enrolled  continuously at RCCC, but have taken college-level coursework at RCCC within the last 2 years, go to Programs of Study for a list of the course requirements to complete your program.   Call or email your Program Contact for additional advising support or information.
4. Returning Student (2 years or more) –  If you have not been enrolled for over 2 years, go to Apply Online to submit a new application for admissions.  Call or email your Program Contact for additional advising support or information.
5. Program or Major Change – If you are continuing or recently returning student and you have changed your major by completing a Student Information Change form, go to Programs of Study for a list of the course requirement to complete your new program.   Then login to Web Advisor to schedule your classes.  You are encouraged to call or email your Program Contact for additional advising support or information as you become acquainted with your new program. Reminder – you must complete a Student Information Change though Student Services prior to registration.
6. Special Credit – If you want to enroll in only one or two classes, or if you have yet to determine your educational goal at RCCC , make an appointment to meet a New Student Advisor.
