No Refunds will be given without a receipt. |

A Full Refund will be given in your original form of payment if the textbooks are returned during the first (one) week of classes in original condition (shrink-wrap) and with a receipt. |

Within 30 days of the first day of classes, textbooks will be refunded with a valid receipt and a signed drop/add slip. If you used SFA to purchase your books, after SFA is closed, store credit will be given. |

All Continuing Education textbooks can be refunded within the first three days of purchase with a receipt and the textbook in the original condition. |

| ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE: |

A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment any time during the semester for General Merchandise if returned in the original condition and with a valid receipt. Without a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price. Cash back on merchandise credits will not exceed $10.00. |

Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued for the following items: custom course materials, outlines, study guides, school guides, magazines, electronics and prepaid cards. Software must be unopened for exchange or refund. Opened software may be exchanged for the identical item. |
