Aide II: |

The
Nurse Aide I who desires additional training may take the Nurse
Assistant II course to broaden their knowledge and learn advanced
nursing care skills. The length of this program is approximately
182 hours (14 weeks). Day classes are offered. The clinical sites
are limited to hospitals and skilled long-term care facilities.
Prerequisites are listed in N.C. as Nurse Aide I and High School
Diploma or GED. After successful completion of this program students
are eligible to be listed with the N.C. Board of Nursing, Nurse
Aide Central Registry. |
