Have you received a final grade of "C" or better in an Internet or Hybrid course at RCCC?
If not, before you enroll, you must . . .

Meeting writing, reading comprehension AND technical skill prerequisites.
All Internet and Hybrid courses have the following eligibility requirements:

Students must meet one of the options in each category:
	WRITING	READING	TECHNICAL
Placement Test score of at least	42 Asset language	42 Asset reading	77 Technical Proficiency Exam (TPE)
Placement Test score of at least	71 Compass writing	81 Compass reading	77 Technical Proficiency Exam (TPE)
* Grade of "C" or better in	ENG 090 or ENG 111	RED 090 or ENG 111	CIS 110, 111, 147 or 172
* Transfer credit for	ENG 090 or ENG 111	RED 090 or ENG 111	CIS 110, 111, 147 or 172

*or equivalent course, as determined by your advisor

NOTE:
There are software and hardware requirements, and a course may have additional prerequisites. Refer to the Semester Term Schedule for more information.

Have a Verification Form completed by an advisor.
This confirms your eligibility. Your course registration will not be processed without the completed form. Click here for sample of form.

The completed Verification Form will be submitted to the Distance Education office by the advisor or registration staff.
