  A Blackboard Help Desk is available to students enrolled in Internet courses as well as faculty of Internet courses. This 24-hours-per-day, 7-days-per-week service is available to provide assistance to Internet students who have questions about using Blackboard, the software used to create and operate Internet courses. 
Note: Course specific questions (such as those about assignments, tests, grades, and course content) should be directed to the instructor only.

  Online students may contact the Help Desk for assistance in the following ways:
 
square Telephone support with a certified Blackboard support representative.
The phone number is 800-808-0489 and is available 24/7/365. This informaiton and web page can be found by clicking on the Help icon help found at the top of each window in Blackboard
square Online chat with a certified Blackboard support representative. This feature is accessible through the RCCC Knowledge Base website (see next bullet) and is available 24/7/365.
square RCCC Knowledge Base Website. This web-based forum provides articles about common issues reported, useful documentation, and work-arounds to software-related issues. This site may be accessed by:
 
1. Clicking on the link provided in the Technical Support area of each course's Staff Information section
2. Going online to

  NOTE:
square If needed, Internet access and in-person assistance is available on a first come, first served basis in the ICLC on North or South Campus. Go to http://www.rowancabarrus.edu/labs/ for hours of operation, location, etc.
