All evening classes and selected day classes will meet during exam week as they have normally met throughout the semester. For example, a TTH evening class will meet TTH during exam week during the same times the class has met all semester. In other words, evening classes during exam week will not be any different than they have been up until exam week. Your instructor will announce if you will follow your regular schedule for day classes.
Exam blocks are 2-1/2 hours (or three 50-minute hours). Three-contact hour classes will meet in one exam block
according to the above exam schedule and will not meet the remaining day/days. For example, the exam for an 8:00-
8:50 MWF class will be on Monday, May 11, and will not meet on Wed., May 6, or Fri. May 8. All classes in excess of
three-contact hours will either meet during two exam blocks or an outside assignment will be given to eliminate the
second exam block. Your instructor will let you know which option he/she has chosen.
A student will be required to take no more than two scheduled exams per day. It is the student’s responsibility to notify
an instructor that he/she will need to reschedule the exam due to more than two exams on the same day.
A student whose exams must be rescheduled will be assigned to a designated testing site and time where exams will
be administered and proctored.
Classes will meet in their normally assigned rooms, unless otherwise notified.
