RCCC now hosts two annual golf tournaments . . .

CAMPUS Tournament

This tournament is open to RCCC faculty, staff, students, retirees, and their immediate family members.

The 2010 tournament will focus on adding to the Charles Benson/James DeBerry Scholarship Fund and Student Emergency Fund. For the last 17 years this tournament focused on endowing a student scholarship in memory of two former faculty members. Thanks to many of you and others, that scholarship fund is now endowed.

Thank you for continuing to support our students and the mission of the community college in meeting student needs for the benefit of all in Rowan and Cabarrus Counties.

The next tournament will be held in Spring of 2010.

This tournament is for friends (external supporters) of RCCC. RCCC Faculty and Staff are also invited to participate.

The purpose of this event is to raise money to support scholarships for our students and other Foundation activities. RCCC has been able to award an annual scholarship to students who have demonstrated academic promise and have a financial need. Many of the recipients are first generation adult college students who live and work in our service areas.

We invite you to help the RCCC Foundation change lives through the gift of education by supporting the golf tournament.
