Register now for the 2009 RCCC Foundation Golf Classic

The 2009 RCCC Foundation Golf Classic will return to The Club at Irish Creek, in Kannapolis, on October 12. As always, the event will raise funds to support and enhance the programs and services of Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in our two-county region. With recent reductions in state and local funding, the Golf Classic is even more important to helping the college maintain its current level of service and excellence.

The 2009 RCCC Foundation Golf Classic will welcome only 32 teams for a total of 128 golfers. The event will begin with sign-in at 11 a.m., boxed lunches available at 11:30, and a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Snacks and beverages also will be provided. We are looking forward to another fun and competitive event and hope you will join us.

The 2009 Golf Classic offers a number of sponsorship levels designed for companies and organizations of all sizes. Please consider the following opportunities.

Lunch Sponsor – $2,500

Our lunch sponsor can enter two teams (foursomes) and will receive a large, 40”x60” sponsor sign, special logo recognition in the event program and special recognition during the opening remarks of the tournament. The lunch sponsor also will have the option to provide promotional items for goodie bags.

Golf Cart Sponsor – $2,500

Our golf cart sponsor can enter two teams (foursomes) and will receive a large, 40”x60” sponsor sign, special logo recognition in the event program and special recognition during the opening remarks of the tournament. The golf cart sponsor also has the option of providing promotional items for goodie bags.

Eagle Level – $1,500

Eagle sponsors can enter one team, and will receive a 32”x40” sponsor sign and logo recognition in the event program. These sponsors also will have the option to provide promotional items for goodie bags.

Birdie Level – $750

Birdie sponsors can enter one team and will receive recognition in the event program.

Flag Sponsors – $250

Flags imprinted with your company or organization’s name will fly on the course during the event, and the flag is yours to keep.

Individual Players – $120

The single player fee includes lunch, snacks and beverages. Players may assemble their own foursome or be assigned to a team.

Additionally, the 2009 RCCC Foundation Golf Classic will include hole-in-one prize opportunities, door prizes, raffle items, and the chance to purchase mulligans.
