RCCC will offer all three courses at its Cabarrus Business & Technology Center in Concord. Students must hold a provisional real estate broker license to take the courses. Students also must show their real estate pocket card when they register and at the first class session.

            The three courses are:

    2. Contracts and Closings – 8:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. on Thursdays, Oct. 4 to Nov. 29; and
    3. Broker Relationships – 12:30 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. on Thursdays, Oct. 11 to Dec. 6.

Students who have a provisional broker license and need to complete an RCCC application for admission and those who have completed the application process and wish to register early for one or more of the courses can do so through the RCCC Student Services office on North or South Campus – 704-216-3593 or 3637.
