RCCC Hosts Open House |

SALISBURY, N.C. — Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) is holding an open house June 25 at its North Campus in Salisbury, and June 26 at the South Campus in Concord. Both events will run from 6 to 8 p.m. RCCC invites recent high school graduates and their parents thinking about college and adults wanting to continue their education, start a new career, brush up on the basics, or just take a class for fun. Open house attendees will be able to:
RCCC's North Campus is located at I-85 and Jake Alexander Blvd., in Salisbury. The South Campus is at 1531Trinity Church Rd., just off I-85 and N.C. 73 at exit 55. The open house will have a Hawaiian-summer theme. RCCC offers day and evening classes, internet classes, college classes for high school students, and tuition-free classes for persons 65 and older. RCCC trains and educates students for jobs available now and in the future, like those in biotechnology. Students wanting to pursue a four-year degree can take the first two years of college at RCCC, close to home and at an affordable price. RCCC also offers GED and basic skills programs and English-as-a-second-language classes.
