RCCC Late Registration is Aug. 12-13
Fall Semester Classes Start Aug. 18

 

          SALISBURY, N.C. — The registration period for fall semester classes at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College continues, but new students need to apply soon.

           Fall semester registration runs through August 6. The college will hold on-campus late registration Aug. 12 on the North Campus, and Aug. 13 at the South Campus.

           New students must apply to be enrolled. Every prospective student must complete an application and return it to the RCCC admissions office, allowing two business days for processing. New students can apply on-line or in person at RCCC's North and South campus. Fall semester classes begin Aug. 18.

           RCCC will offer an Aug. 11 orientation program for new students. Orientation sessions are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. in North Campus Building 600, room 618, and South Campus Building 1000, room 209.

           RCCC' North Campus is located at I-85 and Jake Alexander Blvd., in Salisbury. The RCCC South Campus is at 1531Trinity Church Rd., just off N.C. 73 and I-85 at exit 55, in Concord.

          RCCC offers day, evening and internet classes for adults and high school students. Persons wanting to pursue a four-year degree can take the first two years of college at RCCC, close to home and at an affordable price. RCCC also offers GED and basic skills programs.
