The final seminar focuses on Lean leaders. The
success of a Lean culture conversion, like any transformation,
is almost always determined by the actions of the leader. Every
organization uses metrics to measure their success and lean
organizations are no exception. The role of the leader in a
Lean process-centric organization can be different from that
of a traditional leader, but they still have to balance all
the business needs through meaningful metrics. This seminar
will explore the critical activities of the Lean leader along
with the critical metrics that drive organizational success.
