The traditional college curriculum  operates on the semester system. All students enrolled in programs are expected to register using WebAdvisor - Registration during the dates scheduled on the Academic Calendar which can be found on the RCCC website.  WebAdvisor Support Sessions are available to assist students in navigating the use of WebAdvisor, review of pre-requisite blocks, waivers and overrides.  Students are encouraged to meet with faculty advisors prior to registration access.

Registration for Continuing Education classes (non-credit) is conducted on the primary campuses and at the class sites.  Please refer to the Continuing Education website for additional information.

Payment of Tuition:

  Note: Mailed payments must be postmarked by   July 30
  If you register on August 6 - 11, 2010   August 11 by 7:00P
  If you registerAugust 16-17, or make changes to your schedule that could incur additional charges       Payment must be made same day by 7:00P
Refunds:  
  100% refund if class is dropped prior to first day of class   Before August 16
  1st 8-week Minimester classes deadline for refunds   August 19
  75% refund if class is dropped on/after first day of the  semester and prior to the office 10% point of the semester.   August 25
  Refunds (traditional classes) will NOT be granted after   August 25
  Telecourse deadline for orientation and refund   August 27
  Hybrid course:  request for refund must be made no later than 5 business days after first class session.
  2nd 8-week Minimester classes deadline for refunds   October 2
Withdrawal Dates:  
  1st 8-week Minimester classes   September 21
  16-week classes, including Telecourses   November 2
  2nd 8-week Minimester classes   November 23
Withdrawal from classes does NOT eliminate the student’s obligation to pay any remaining balance due to RCCC.

SCHEDULE CHANGES:
At the beginning of Fall and Spring semester, there is a two-day period during which students who are enrolled in credit courses can drop and add courses. There is one day at the beginning of Summer which students may make changes to schedules. Students wishing to make a change after this time must see their instructor and program head.
