The following workshops will assist Students with navigating RCCC WebAdvisor. No appointment is necessary for the following workshops.
WebAdvisor ... Learn it!

General Registration: RCCC WebAdvisor
December 14, 2009 until January 6, 2010 (ends at 6:30pm).

RCCC will be closed December 21, 2009 through January 1, 2010.
Faculty and staff will not be available to assist by email or telephone. 
You can still register through WebAdvisor
(which will be available during the entire Holiday break).

Take time to check out the WebAdvisor Tutorials.  The tutorials provide the necessary instructions to access RCCC WebAdvisor.  Remember, you can find your RCCC student identification number on your acceptance letter.  Use your 6-digit birth date (example:  mmddyy > 062088) as your password.

New Student Advisors will be available to provide assistance by telephone during the week of  December 14th through December 18th and on January 4, 2010.

Assistance with RCCC WebAdvisor will be available on both the
North Campus (Student Center) and the South Campus (Room 106)
on January 5th and January 6th from 9:00am until 6:30pm.

Know your Program of Study requirements in advance. 

Remember:  You will register yourself using WebAdvisor!

Tuition is due no later than Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 7:00P.

Schedule Changes (Drop/Add) January 11 and 12, 2010
Registration for 2nd 8-Week Minimester Classes March 15, 2010
Payment of Tuition:
  If you register during Early Advising (Oct 19 – Nov 30) December 7, 2009 at 7:00P
  Mailed payments must be postmarked by December 4, 2009
  If you register on January 5 or 6, 2010 Due same day by 7:00P
Refunds:
  100% refund if class is dropped prior to first day of class On or before Jan. 10, 2010
  1st 8-week Minimester classes deadline for refunds January 14, 2010
  75% refund if class is dropped on/after first day
of the  semester and prior to the office 10% point
of the semester.
January 21, 2010
  Refunds (traditional classes) will NOT be granted after January 21, 2010
  Telecourse deadline for orientation and refund January 29, 2010
  Hybrid course:  request for refund must be made no later than 5 business days after first class session.
  2nd 8-week Minimester classes deadline for refunds March 22, 2010
Withdrawal Dates:
  1st 8-week Minimester classes February 24, 2010
  16-week classes, including Telecourses April 20, 2010
  2nd 8-week Minimester classes April 30, 2010
Withdrawal from classes does NOT eliminate the student’s obligation to pay any remaining balance due to RCCC.
