| How Do I Find My User ID? |

Your User ID for WebAdvisor is:

| |
|
rccc. (period) , first 10 letters of your last name. (period) , the first initial of your first name and the last 4 digits of your RCCC Student ID (Student ID is not SSN). |

Example: for student John Doe with a Student ID number of 0898197, the User ID for John would be rccc.doe.j8197. |

You may also find your User ID by clicking on the What's My User ID? link located at the bottom of the WebAdvisor Main Menu page. |

Then click onthe What’s My User ID link on the User Account Menu. |

Enter your Last Name and either your Social Security Number (SSN) or your RCCC Student ID Number. |

Your User ID will be displayed on the screen. |
